Meet Coach Sally

Hi, I’m Sally!
I’m a certified personal trainer, toddler, dog, and cat mom, and the founder of Sally Mae Fitness. After years of living the “cardio queen” life, I discovered the power of strength training—and everything changed. I finally felt strong, energized, and empowered not just in the gym, but in everyday life.

Now, I help others find that same balance—through fun, effective workouts that support long-term health, performance goals, and the ability to keep up with whatever life throws your way (toddlers included!).
