Peanut Buttery Banana NICE Cream

Banana Nice Cream

Do you have a sweet tooth? Fear not! I have the perfect, guilt-free alternative to your standard, sugar-loaded ice cream! This recipe contains just 3, YES 3, ingredients, no added sugar, no dairy, no preservatives, and only REAL, wholesome ingredients. You are going to be amazed at how delicious and how much this tastes like real ice cream!

 Prep Time: 5 minutes

 Servings: 2 Servings

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Frozen Bananas (take peels off, cut into small chunks, and freeze)
  • 1-2 Tbsp peanut butter, almond butter or your favorite nut butter 
  • Splash of almond milk or other non-dairy milk (if you have no issues with dairy, regular milk is fine)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add your frozen banana chunks, nut butter, and almond milk to a food processor. If you want, you could even add a little cinnamon or cocoa powder to spice it up!

  2. Blend on high until the mixture is ice cream consistency. Trust me, you will know, because it looks like actual ice cream!

  3. Top with nuts or other fruit and thoroughly enjoy!
