Set Monthly Expectations - March Intentions

Are you setting monthly expectations for yourself? If not, I would highly recommend it! I have made it a habit to set about 15 minutes aside on the 1st of every month to get clear on my goals. This allows you to stay focused on what you want to get accomplished in the next 30 days. 

Feel free to let the creative juices flow. Make sure you minimize all distractions around you. Find your quiet, calm and happy place and just start writing. Whatever comes to mind is what you should write down. It's amazing how creative we can be if we just give ourselves the time to tap into our kid-like imagination! Take a look at my own intentions below!

 

Set aside 15 minutes and allow yourself to write whatever comes to mind!

Try and make this a monthly habit and see how consistent you can be! Hold yourself accountable. Put your monthly intentions in a place where you will see them daily. Review them each day and ask yourself if your behaviors are matching your monthly goals!
