Personal Training Rates (1-on-1 Coaching)

Personal Training (1-on-1)

  • 1 training session per week (45-minute sessions) - $120/month ($30 per session)

  • 2 training sessions per week (45-minute sessions) - $225/month ($28 per session)

  • 3 training sessions per week (45-minute sessions) - $300/month ($25 per session)

  • 4 training sessions per week (45-minute sessions) - $350/month ($22 per session)


 

Semi-Private Training Rates

Semi-Private Training (2 to 3 people)
(cost is per person)

  • 2 training sessions per week (45-minute sessions)

    • 2 people: $200/month per person ($25 per session)

    • 3 people: $176/month per person ($22 per session)

  • 3 training sessions per week (45-minute sessions)

    • 2 people: $265/month per person ($22 per session)

    • 3 people: $240/month per person ($20 per session)

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How long are Virtual Personal, Partner and Semi-private Training sessions? I offer 45-minute training sessions. Each workout includes a 5-minute warm-up as well as post-workout recovery recommendations.
     

  • Do I need to purchase equipment for Virtual Personal Training? No, unless you would like to! I can give you recommendations on great home workout equipment that won’t completely bust your budget! As your Certified Personal Trainer, I will customize your workouts based on the space/equipment you have access to. During your consultation, we will discuss this in further detail.

  • If I need to take time off from my sessions will I be able to make those sessions up? Yes! I am your biggest cheerleader and advocate for long-term health and wellness. As your Coach, I am here to support you every step of the way, no matter what life events come up. Depending on the package you purchased, we can come up with a plan to make up any delayed sessions.
     

  • Do I have to take progress photos or do weekly weigh-ins? The beauty of your program is that it is YOUR program. You do not have to do anything that makes you feel uncomfortable. We will determine the best course of action for you and your unique goals prior to your program enrollment. Progress can be measured in a variety of ways, and we will define what progress means to you at your initial consult.
     

  • Does the consultation with a personal trainer count as a session? Nope! The initial consult is completely free. Once you fill out your “Fitness Training Interest” form, I will be in touch to schedule a quick phone call to assess your individual needs, discuss short and long term goals, determine which equipment you will be using for the training sessions, and to ask questions that may have come up during our time together. The initial consult should take no more than 30 minutes!

  • If I can’t get Zoom to work, then what? We can get creative! If Zoom is not working due to technical or other issues, we can try FaceTime, Skype or a number of other video platforms to make certain you are able to get your workouts in!

  • Do you offer in-person training. Currently, I am only offering in-person training to clients within the Roseburg, Oregon area.

If you have paid for a package in full, you will be refunded for unused sessions and services.
