Core and Cardio Tabata
WEDNESDAY
Full Body Circuit
Equipment:
1. Chair
2. Towel
3. Mat
4. Water Bottle
FULL BODY CIRCUIT
*Perform each exercise back to back for 40 seconds. Rest as little as possible between each exercise. Complete 1 round for a quick work break or a little burst of energy. Complete 2 to 4 rounds for a full workout. Rest :60 to 120 seconds after each circuit.
Towel Bent over Row
Chair Tricep Dips
Lateral Bound to Squat Jump or Alternating Lateral Lunges
Elevated or Regular Glute Bridges
Supine Core Rope Climb
Slow Wide Mountain Clumbers
CARDIO FINISHER
*Perform each exercise for 30 seconds, resting 10 to 15 seconds between each. Complete 1 to 3 rounds total.
Reverse Lunge to Skip (Right Side)
Reverse Lunge to Skip (Left Side)
Prisoner Speed Squats
Punching Bag (Right Side Only)

THURSDAY!
MEDITATION MOMENT - DEEP ABDOMINAL BREATHING
Please join me in a short meditation moment today! As someone who is constantly overthinking and creating new ideas in her head, I explain how using a specific breathing technique, deep abdominal breathing, can help to calm the nervous system and get you to focus on one thing, your breathing.
Although hitting it hard and sweating it out can be a great stress reliever, it is also important to slow down, rest, recover and BREATHE as well. I hope you give it a try! Let me know how you liked it, and I will see you soon.
