NEW Recipe! Choco-Pumpkin Parfait
This is one of my all-time, favorite snack creations! It is packed with antioxidants, Vitamin A, healthy fats and protein. It is the perfect, pick-me-up snack to keep you feeling satisfied and energized. Pro tip: make a double batch and refrigerate for breakfast tomorrow!
1 tsp cocoa powder
¾ cup plain greek yogurt
¼ cup organic pumpkin parfait
Dash of cinnamon
Drizzle of honey
Combine cocoa powder, yogurt and a little honey. Place at the base of your glass. Add a layer of organic pumpkin purée (you can add a little honey or natural maple syrup to sweeten). You can either eat layered or mix it all together! Top with walnuts, pumpkin seeds, a dash of cinnamon, and a drizzle of honey and voila! Enjoy!
